Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I sat outside waiting to be helped for about 5–7 minutes while an employee was sitting at the bar. No one acknowledged us or even said they’d be with us shortly. After waiting, I finally had to ask, “Is anyone working?” instead of anyone greeting us first. The employee’s response came across as dismissive and rude, and the interaction quickly became unnecessarily confrontational. Rather than providing good customer service, there seemed to be more attitude than accountability. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. I’ve worked at a kava bar myself, so I understand how the environment operates. Even if you’re busy, it takes only a few seconds to acknowledge customers and let them know you’ll be right with them. Ignoring people and then responding with an attitude isn’t acceptable. I was genuinely looking forward to trying this place, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because first impressions matter.

Hello I want to say this place have a cool diffrent cool games to play , moive , Good food of Fry Cheese Stick and other foods and Amazing Frozen Strawberry Drink . They have other drinks . Also there friendly helpful staff and I have a Good friend who owner is very friendly. I am Also come there some other day to sell my Beauitful Handmade Candles with my good friend the owner . The place is beautiful with Tiki Hawaii Style . 🫶

I’ve came here about three times in the last two months and each time I come in I have the same bartender he is always very sweet. Makes amazing drinks for me each time. I get something different and I let him pick something amazing it’s always very affordable the place is roomie. Has three pool tables, TVs and arcade games so if you wanna spread out with a couple of friends that’s cool or if you just wanna stay close to the bar top, you can also do that parking is pretty easy either in their parking lot if that’s too full on the side of the street or walk less than a minute down from the parking Garage This is definitely one of my reoccurring places that I’m gonna be going more often. I love the extracts that they have there. I would like a little bit more kick to them though. ❤️👌✨

We are from Orlando and decided to come out to Melbourne for a change of pace. We found this spot close to the beach in downtown Melbourne. It was a vibe. Much different than that crazy Orlando downtown club scene. We wanted to find a chill spot to hang out so we checked out this place and it was really cool. No need to pay for VIP It’s a clean after hours spot that offers Kava, Kratum, and Kampuchea. Friendly staff and best of all they gave us a free hookah on the house and didn’t even charge us for cover. Definitely worth checking out. A must see on the space coast.

Tasty kratum with a variety of tropical flavors . Spacious , art gallery atmosphere with local artists represent . Has pool tables , cool music . Good place to work remotely . Nice crowd of people . I would go again .
